We aim to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible however in the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund, replacement or repair as per the conditions below.

Section 2

2.1 Money Back Guarantee:

Shop with a piece of mind, if you item is not delivered within a maximum period of 30 days (20 Working days) from date of promised delivery you can request for a full refund. Request for Refunds Will only be accepted after the 30 day period has lapsed. This Guarantee applies to all orders placed with us.

2.2 – 6 month Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the specific listing all other items (Except exclusions and digital products as listed below) carry the following warranty.

If you have received a product that is faulty, materially different from the description or otherwise in poor quality, please notify us as soon as possible via the support page on our site but in any event within a period of 6 months after product delivery.

In such cases, you may return the item to us. Upon receipt of your item, we will assess the item and approve your return.  We will then provide further advice. At your discretion, you have the option to repair the product, Get a replacement (Subject to stock availability) or receive a full refund.

If applicable, we will also refund you for the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of R99 for standard door-to-door courier services.

Unfortunately, no returns accepted after the 6 month period.

2.3 Supplier/ Manufacture Warranty:

Certain products may carry manufacture or supplier warranty that may extend further then 6 months and in such cases this may be more beneficial to the consumer. In such event, the later will take precedence. Please notify us of said defects within the prescribed warranty period of the supplier/manufacture.

Supplier/manufacture warranties are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are usually found in a brochure or leaflet inside of the product packaging. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those terms and conditions.

Such remedies offered by the supplier or manufacture are at their sole discretion. Snapitup.co.za is under no obligation to offer any refund, replacement or repair if the consumer is not satisfied with remedy offered and the return falls out of the standard 6 months warranty period.

Unfortunately, No returns accepted after the supplier/manufacture warranty has lapsed.

2.4 Exclusions:

Due to hygiene reasons the following products cannot be returned (including but not limited to):


Pieced jewellery

Under garments

Bedding covers

Pillowcase covers

Health and beauty products

It is your responsibility to ensure of the correct sizes and measurements before purchasing.

2.5 Digital Products:

Due to the nature of Digital products, which include E-books, software codes, game codes, activation codes and other digital downloads do not qualify for a refund. In such case where a technical issue arises, we will endeavour to provide technical support as required to activate your product.  All related issues to be reported within 30 days of purchase.

As an additional service we offer a further 3 month warranty period for technical issues only.

2.6 Right of refusal:

We reserve our right to reject a refund, repair or exchange (excluding products in section 2.3 and 2.4) in the following cases:

Damaged goods, due to negligence.

The goods have been disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed or combined with other goods or property.

We may, at our discretion impose a reasonable penalty if the goods are not returned in their original packaging or accompanied with all parts and accessories. This will be deducted from any refund due.

In the event of a return rejection, you will liable for the cost of returning the product to you.
